We continue to add new features to™, and our latest version delivers enhancements that will make your cloud PBX of choice even more attractive, valuable and beneficial to your business.

The Version 2.3 upgrades include:

Detailed call charts and call logs - Call statistics and CDRs (Call Detail Records) paint a detailed picture of PBX usage, and are critical for business and operational decisions.

charts-23™ users may now view informative charts that display inbound and outbound call distributions, concurrent calls and the average lost call rate, and also show call statistics on a per-contact basis.

CDRs contain accurate and detailed call history such as when the call took place, the call duration, and the source and destination phone numbers. Users may access specific CDRs according to the call direction and the internal contact configuration (inbound or outbound), and filters such as the source and destination phone numbers, gateway, call contact or date range may be applied.

Flexible options for the delivery of audio files and notifications - Users now have a choice of Delivery Methods, which define how voicemail audio files, notification messages or the contents of recorded calls are delivered and/or stored. This feature facilitates the simple, efficient and unlimited storage of files generated by™.

Four types of delivery method are available - Email, Dropbox, FTP and Google Drive.™ employs an innovative technique of including dynamic variables such as the source and destination phone numbers, the caller name and the date and time of the call when generating email messages or file names. This means that audio files may automatically be stored in specific Dropbox, FTP or Google Drive directories according to, for example, the caller name or the date and time of the call.


Call recording on SIP Lines - The SIP Line contact method (such as used for softphones) has received an extensive upgrade, with users now being able to record calls on these SIP lines. This feature includes options to define the recording direction (inbound and/or outbound) or to record internal and/or external calls. In addition, a "record on demand" feature is available, allowing the user to dial a predefined feature code to activate call recording. The file containing the contents of the recorded call may be delivered to users via FTP, Dropbox or Google Drive.
